The world premiere VIP party will be on Saturday night, April 17th at the Blue Fin Cafe on Cannery Row in Monterey CA. Doors will open at 8pm, the film will begin around 9pm.

After the screening, there will be live entertainment, but the act is top secret! DH Productions pulled some strings to get this band. Due to the size of the venue, they cannot advertise the band’s name but they are huge International Superstars of Rock. Let’s just say they will “blow your top”! Admission is free and it will be all ages until 10pm. The club only holds 300-400 people, so space will be tight!

Thanks to the support of GT, Cannondale and Decline, the party and film will be streaming live on DeclineMagazine.com. Decline editor, Scott Hart, will be conducting red carpet interviews throughout the evening.

Here We Go Again… brings together the old and the new, from the Andes to the Appalachians. Fresh faced rippers team up with DH Productions’ stable of shredders, showing that no matter where you’re at or who you are, it’s all about having fun.

While secret stashes and untouchable locations are nice, Here We Go Again… draws upon DH Productions’ DIY style and blue collar work ethic to feature rad spots all around the world – spots that are there for the taking. Look around you and see what you can find. This is their backyard sesh – where’s yours?

“I’m stoked to be a part of their 25th project. I’ve been working with Hampton since the early days of the Chain Reaction series and I have been in nearly every title since.” Says Cannondale/Red Bull rider, Aaron Chase, “Each year Don and his crew step up their production level and this year is no exception”.

“I’m usually my biggest critic, but I’m really stoked on this one!!! Hopefully the rest of the MTB world is too. Co-director, Gardner Raymond brought a fresh style and a ton of creativity to the project. All of the sections are super strong, the soundtrack is amazing and the bonus section is loaded with quality material!” Explains four time Emmy Award winning producer/director, Don Hampton.
Featured riders include, Aaron Chase, Jeff Lenosky, Adam Hauck, Dave Smutok, Kyle Ebbett, George Ryan, Lars Tribus, Chris & Nick Van Dine, Mick Hannah, Randy Spangler, Carter Holland, Tyler & Cam McCaul, Jamie Goldman, Justin Wyper, Sam Dueck, Eric Porter, Steve Smith, Dylan Korba, Kevin Aiello, Marc Beaumont, Joe Perrizo, and more.

For those who could not attend the Sea Otter premiere party, we will be screening the DVD at the following locations:

Here is a long awaited Killswitch update… I know some of you are chomping at the bit to get your grubby mitts on one of these bad boy’s and go to town. It’s coming!!! To the best of our knowledge we will have the Killswitch in stock about the 2nd week of May…

Frames went to paint on Friday… and these are the final touch, our trademark ensignia…
the Black Market Crest.

The Crest will be available in the store or thru your local dealer too for 20 bucks.

11 pounds of pewter molded into Black Market Crest made in Canada… shipped to Orange, Ca.
bolts added and now they are on their way to Taiwan for the long awaited final assembly of the
Black Market Killswitch on April 30.

Sorry for my lack of post as of late… Mondo and I have been pretty slammed but I’ll try to do better. In the mean time here’s a few pics from our last day we rode the step-up.
enjoy…
Fernando Sabat is full of sweet moves like this 1 hand 1 foot x-up seat grab…
Running Man?
Not Running…man.
Chad is pretty new to leaving the ground on a bike but he’s getting the hang of it… now if he can just keep his damn feet on the pedals he’d be Ahh-ight.

Chad Carothers makes an expression that is usually followed by a flushing toilet…
Between the bouts of clicking meniscus that have been keeping me off my bike and in the office… I have been working hard on dialing in 360’s as this is one trick I’ve struggled with my entire riding career.

I even pulled out a vertical 3 the other day… it’s been a while.

SE Racing’s own Fernando Sabat

Finally some the 2010 Black Market products have cleared the customs house and found their way to the Dirtec Direct warehouse in Valencia.
Who is Dirtec Direct??? Good question. Dirtec Direct is a new US distribution company started by Atomlab’s Mike Flaherty designed to focus on smaller, rider owned brands that may not receive the representation the need and deserve.
Why Dirtec Direct??? A lot of the larger distributors and shops are locked into the large corporate brands who place demands on their shops to carry certain products with huge minimum quantities severely limiting the number and variety of products.
For me the one of the most exciting things in our new line is the Tech 9 fork… it’s been a long time coming but worth the wait.

Finally in stock and ready to ship… the all new Tech 9 rigid fork features:
Tapered & butted legs
Internally fluted & CNC’D steer tube
Full heat treated chromoly construction
Available in either 395mm or 415mm axle to crown
CNC’D compression bolt with threaded steerer included
Limited lifetime warranty
Weight 2 lbs. 9 oz.
Black or clear coated raw
$119.99 USD
Tech 9
Tech 9 compression bolts…
Now if fork companies would start threading their steerers with a simple Universal fine thread… we could all get rid of star-nuts for good.

New colors for 2010 on the way too… Underboss, Revolver Lites, Grips and more

UB 31.8mm

Cartridge headsets in both 42mm & 44mm and multiple colors coming soon.

More new colors coming your way…
Killswitch print seats

Pile O C4 pedals in pretty colors…
$15.99 USD
End plugs and Adam Hauck grips in new colors…
The Collar seat clamp in 30mm or 34.9mm
Vertical option for the Killswitch…
More to come…

The guys at the Road 34 Bike Shop & Bar… that’s right… a bike shop & bar under the same roof… I’ve been to this contest in the past and it went off!!! I will do my best to make it again, from the looks of it the jumps are dialed compared to a few of the past events. I’m pretty sure this event actually started in someone’s tiny back yard trail set-up.
Get there if you can.

No story… just some pics from a day of riding with Adam in the L.A./ O.C. area… from Anaheim to the Santa Monica Mtns.
Enjoy…

Adam had to do at least 10 of these while my flash failed to fire and I missed the trick more than once… Luckily he has these on lock.

Foot jam at the Brookhurst park in Anaheim.

Jimmy Hoffa???

L.A.P.D.’s sick new patrol cars were everywhere as we tried to get near the Chinese Theater but it was Oscar night…

We took time to shoot Adam’s new fb photo…

Se Vende.

Local O.G. invert at Chavez Park in E. Los Angeles.

I guess it’s a good hot dog…

Fam Jam East L.A. Style.

Adam throws a casual “Blue Steel” gaze at height… Cesar Chavez Park.

Adam gets everything he can out of a 12″ lip at Kenter in the Santa Monica Mtns.

My friend Chad Carothers has been helping us out with a lot of our graphics for the past year and this certainly is no exception… Chad hand painted Adam’s new Mob a few months ago using elements of Adam’s life and interest.
Check out the final product.
